Boursin Lemon Pasta
This Boursin lemon pasta is rich, creamy, and bursting with bright flavor. Roasting garlic, lemon, and shallots alongside a melty wheel of Boursin creates a ready-to-mix sauce that’s packed with savory, herby goodness. Add cooked pasta and a little reserved water, and you’ve got an effortless yet fancy-feeling dinner in under an hour.

Perfect for weeknights when you want something cozy but crave something a little elevated. Plus, it’s mostly hands-off once it hits the oven.
Before you get started
Use a baking dish that fits everything snugly, so the flavors concentrate while roasting. Wrap your garlic bulb loosely in foil if you want a milder roast. For the lemons, make sure they’re halved and seeded so you don’t get any bitterness in the mix. Save some pasta water before draining so you can loosen the sauce when tossing everything together.
