Ingredients

  • 1 cabbage cut into small wedges
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 package Boursin cheese garlic & herb
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • ½ small lemon juiced
  • cup fresh grated Parmesan Reggiano

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear cabbage wedges on all sides until golden, then set aside.
  • In the same skillet, melt Boursin cheese with heavy cream. Stir in garlic seasoning, garlic powder, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  • Return cabbage wedges to the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and serve.
