Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear cabbage wedges on all sides until golden, then set aside.
In the same skillet, melt Boursin cheese with heavy cream. Stir in garlic seasoning, garlic powder, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Return cabbage wedges to the pan. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake until cabbage is tender. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and serve.
