Boursin Tomato Galette

Boursin Tomato Galette is an easy, elegant dish made with puff pastry, garlic herb cheese, and fresh tomatoes. Perfect for brunch, appetizers, or light meals. Ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 puff pastry I use Jus Roll
  • 1-2 heriloom tomatoes or regular if you can’t find - sliced thin, salted, and patted dry
  • 1 Boursin cheese garlic and herb
  • Drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp red pepper chili flakes
  • Drizzle of hot honey
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil
  • 1 egg white

Instructions
 

  • On a sheet pan with parchment paper. Add your puff pastry and score is edge’s about two fingers in. Don’t cut all the way through, you just want to score it so the sides puff up
  • Add your olive oil and brush on the middle inside your scored edges. Heat your Boursin cheese for 20 seconds in the microwave and spread on top. Add your red pepper chili flakes then load your tomatoes on top.
  • Sprinkle pepper and half the basil cut. Brush the outside of the galette with your egg white wash
  • Bake on 400 for 20-25 minutes until the sides are golden brown!
  • Top with some hot honey and more fresh basil! 🌿
