Boursin Tomato Galette
This Boursin Tomato Galette is the kind of easy, elegant dish that makes you feel like you have your life together. It’s flaky, cheesy, savory, and a little spicy with that irresistible drizzle of hot honey at the end. Whether you’re hosting brunch, need a starter for a dinner party, or just want something fancy-ish with your afternoon wine, this galette is your move.

It uses store-bought puff pastry, so there’s no stress , just a few layers of good ingredients and a hot oven. The Boursin adds garlicky, herby creaminess that pairs perfectly with the juicy heirloom tomatoes. And if you can’t find heirlooms, don’t worry – any good tomato will shine here as long as you salt and dry it.
Before You Get Started

- Slice and salt your tomatoes to remove excess moisture
- Microwave your Boursin for about 20 seconds to make it easier to spread
- Line your sheet pan with parchment for easy cleanup
- Preheat your oven fully before baking

Sprinkle on red pepper chili flakes, then layer on the sliced, salted, and patted-dry tomatoes.
5
Season with pepper and sprinkle on half of the fresh basil (roughly chopped). Brush the outer border with egg white.
