Spread your frozen tator tot evenly on a Sheetpan, season and toss with cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook on 450 for 30 minutes. (This is more then the bag calls for but you want them golden crispy, not soft)
Mix your chicken in a bowl with 1 cup buffalo sauce (save the rest for top), salt & pepper, and 1/2 green onions
When tots are done, remove from the oven and add a layer of 1/2 cheese of choice, next layer is the chicken mixture, and top with the rest of the cheese
Broil on low for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted
Top with more buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese, and the rest of the green onions!
