- 32 oz bag of tator tots not the minis
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 2 cups cooked and warmed shredded chicken (can use a rotisserie chicken)
- 1.5 cup of buffalo sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 cups shredded cheese can use pepper jack, cheddar, or triple cheddar (or a combination)
- Each or blue cheese to drizzle on top!
- Optional: can add blue cheese crumbles on top as well
Instructions
- Spread your frozen tator tot evenly on a Sheetpan, season and toss with cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder. Cook on 450 for 30 minutes. (This is more then the bag calls for but you want them golden crispy, not soft)
- Mix your chicken in a bowl with 1 cup buffalo sauce (save the rest for top), salt & pepper, and 1/2 green onions
- When tots are done, remove from the oven and add a layer of 1/2 cheese of choice, next layer is the chicken mixture, and top with the rest of the cheese
