1package chicken tenders or breastcut into tenders
2cupsricejasmine or basmati
1can cream of celery soup
1can cream of chicken soup
1tbspBetter Than Bouillon roasted chicken flavor
2cupsshredded Colby Jack cheesedivided
1package broccoliroughly chopped
Salt & pepperto taste
Granulated garlic
Creole seasoning
1package Lipton onion soup mix
Instructions
In an 8x13 casserole dish, add rice, both soups, one can of water mixed with bouillon, 1 cup of cheese, broccoli, salt, and pepper. Stir well to mix everything together, then top with the remaining cup of cheese.
Wash and season the chicken with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, and Creole seasoning. Place the chicken on top of the cheese, and sprinkle with Lipton onion soup mix.
Cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Serve hot and enjoy this delicious, comforting meal!
