For the Pasta & Shrimp

shrimp
peeled and deveined

linguine
cooked

olive oil

tbsp
butter
1
shallot
diced
3
cloves
garlic
minced
S&P
Salt & Pepper
½
tsp
Magic Seafood Seasoning
½
tsp
Badia Complete Seasoning
For the Creamy Sauce
½
cup
white wine
or chicken broth
½
cup
heavy cream
¼
cup
Parmesan
freshly grated
Fresh basil
diced (for garnish)
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water, drain & set aside.
Sauté shallot & garlic in butter, season & cook shrimp until pink, remove.
Reduce wine, add cream & Parmesan, simmer until thick.
Toss shrimp & pasta in sauce, garnish with basil & Parmesan.
