Ingredients

For the Pasta & Shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz linguine cooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • S&P Salt & Pepper
  • ½ tsp Magic Seafood Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Badia Complete Seasoning

For the Creamy Sauce

  • ½ cup white wine or chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan freshly grated
  • Fresh basil diced (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted water, drain & set aside.
  • Sauté shallot & garlic in butter, season & cook shrimp until pink, remove.
  • Reduce wine, add cream & Parmesan, simmer until thick.
  • Toss shrimp & pasta in sauce, garnish with basil & Parmesan.
