Mix all ground chicken mixture together, set in fridge.
Microwave your squash for 5 minutes to soften. Cut in half and remove the seeds.
In your crockpot, pour in your bottle of vodka sauce. Add a little water to the jar, shake and pour the remainder in.
Place your squash half face down in the crockpot.
With an ice cream scooper, scoop out your meat mixture forming little balls and just add to the crockpot all around the squash.
Cook on high 6 hours, remove squash and scrap up the noodles, add to a bowl and top with your meatballs and gravy
