Ingredients

  • cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup cacao powder or chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • cup cashews chopped
  • 3 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a baking dish.
  • Mix oats and milk, set aside for 10 minutes.
  • Mash bananas and mix with honey, eggs, salt, cacao/protein powder, and baking powder.
  • Combine banana mixture with the oat mixture.
  • Pour into baking dish, sprinkle cashews on top, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  • Let cool, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil, and drizzle on top.
