Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Sauce

Garlic butter steak bites are pan-seared cubes of steak topped with a creamy garlic parmesan sauce. Made with simple seasonings, butter, cream, and cheese, this quick and flavorful dish is perfect over mashed potatoes or a baked potato for a hearty weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • Your favorite cut of steak cut into small cubes
  • olive oil to coat
  • 1 tbsp Badia complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Kinders Cowboy butter seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt 2tbsp of butter. Cook in a cast iron skillet until desired temp. Remove meat and set aside.
  • Add 4tbsp butter to skillet, green onions, 1 cup heavy cream, 1-2tbsp minced garlic, about 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • Add your steak to a potato or mashed potatoes and drizzle cream sauce on top!
