  • Olive oil
  • Badia Complete Seasoning
  • Kinders Cowboy Butter Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper
  • Butter
  • Green onions
  • Heavy cream
  • Minced garlic
  • Fresh grated parmesan cheese

How To Make Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Sauce

Start by tossing your cubed steak in olive oil, Badia Complete Seasoning, Cowboy Butter seasoning, salt, and pepper. Make sure all sides are coated.

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the steak bites and cook to your preferred doneness, turning to brown all sides. Once done, remove the steak from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, add 4 tablespoons of butter, chopped green onions, 1 to 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and sauté for about 1 minute. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and stir in about ¼ cup of fresh grated parmesan. Simmer until thickened, about 3 to 5 minutes.

Spoon the steak bites over mashed potatoes or a baked potato and drizzle that creamy garlic butter sauce over the top. Garnish with extra green onions if you like.

Ingredients
  

  • Your favorite cut of steak cut into small cubes
  • olive oil to coat
  • 1 tbsp Badia complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Kinders Cowboy butter seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Melt 2tbsp of butter. Cook in a cast iron skillet until desired temp. Remove meat and set aside.
  • Add 4tbsp butter to skillet, green onions, 1 cup heavy cream, 1-2tbsp minced garlic, about 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
  • Add your steak to a potato or mashed potatoes and drizzle cream sauce on top!
