Preheat oven to 375°F.
Cook ground meat in a skillet with 1 ½ packets of taco seasoning until fully browned.
On a sheet pan, layer half the tortilla chips, thick-cut cheese, and a sprinkle of taco seasoning.
Add remaining chips, the rest of the thick-cut cheese, the cooked meat, and top with thin-cut shredded cheese. Sprinkle with more seasoning.
Bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and top with queso, sour cream, tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro, or any toppings you love.
Serve immediately.
