Before You Get Started
- Use a sturdy, restaurant-style chip so they hold up to all the toppings.
- Cook the meat with taco seasoning before layering—it gives you the best flavor in every bite.
- Don’t skimp on the cheese! A mix of thick and thin cut works best for melty layers.
- Serve right away while hot so the chips stay crisp.
