Ingredients

  • 1 box red lobster cheddar bay biscuits set seasoning packets aside
  • 1 lb jimmy dean sausage
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • 8 oz mild cheddar shredded cheese
  • 8 oz triple cheddar shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp Creole Trinity and herb optional
  • 1 stick salted butter

Instructions

  • Mix everything but the butter and seasoning in a bowl
  • Scoop onto a parchment lined sheet pan and scoop out 2” balls
  • Bake on 350 20-23 minutes.
  • Melt butter and mix seasoning packet together. Top on the sausage balls when done and serve
