Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls
If you love classic sausage balls, just wait until you try this version. These Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Sausage Balls are tender, cheesy, buttery, and packed with that famous biscuit flavor everyone goes crazy for. They’re the ultimate party appetizer, holiday snack, game-day bite, or brunch add-on, and they disappear fast.

The best part? They come together in one bowl and bake up golden, soft, and perfectly cheesy. And that finishing drizzle of melted butter + Cheddar Bay seasoning takes them right over the top.
Before You Get Started
- Use freshly shredded cheese if you can, it melts better and gives the balls a softer texture.
- Don’t skip the seasoned butter topping, it’s what makes these taste like Cheddar Bay Biscuits in sausage-ball form.
- A cookie scoop helps keep the sausage balls the same size so they cook evenly.
- They freeze beautifully, perfect for prep-ahead appetizers.
