Ingredients

  • 2 frozen salmon burgers @tridentseafoods from Costco recommended
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 pepperoncinis chopped
  • 1/4 cucumber diced small
  • Seasonings of choice salt, pepper, garlic powder, or everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 croissants sliced

Instructions

  • Cook salmon burgers according to package directions until fully cooked through.
  • Chop the salmon into small pieces and place in a medium bowl.
  • Add Greek yogurt (or mayo), Dijon mustard, chopped pepperoncinis, cucumber, and seasonings. Mix until well combined.
