Sheet Pan Lemon garlic Butter Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2 salmon filets
  • Avocado oil
  • 4 tbsp butter softened
  • 3-4 lemons slice 2 for lemons rounds for under the salmon
  • 1 tbsp Badia complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp magic salmon seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic & herb seasoning
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 pack of broccolini

Instructions

  • Pat clean and remove skin on salmon, cut into filets if they are not already.
  • In a bowl add in your softened butter, garlic powder, minced garlic, salmon seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning and half a lemon squeezed
  • On a Sheetpan, add parchment paper and add on your broccolini, drizzle with avocado oil and seasoning with Badia seasoning and the garlic and herbs.
  • Place your lemon rounds in rows for your salmon, add your salmon on top and cover with half your butter mixture.
  • Bake all on 400 for 12-15 minutes then broil for 2 minutes
  • Microwave the rest of the butter mixture and spread on the top of the salmon once it’s done!!
