Spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom of a serving dish.
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with taco seasoning. Spread over the beans.
Add a layer of guacamole on top.
Sprinkle shredded cheese in a ring around the edge, then top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and black olives.
To make the web: Fill a squeeze bottle with sour cream. Pipe 4 lines across the dip like a pie. Connect them with curved half circles to form a web. Add a small circle in the center.
For the spider: Slice a black olive in half lengthwise. Place one half in the center circle for the spider body. Slice the other half into strips and arrange as legs.
Serve with tortilla chips and salsa on the side.
