Spider Web Taco Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced green onions
  • ½ cup sliced black olives reserve one whole olive for spider
  • Extra sour cream for web design
  • Tortilla chips
  • Salsa

Instructions

  • Spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom of a serving dish.
  • In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with taco seasoning. Spread over the beans.
  • Add a layer of guacamole on top.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese in a ring around the edge, then top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and black olives.
  • To make the web: Fill a squeeze bottle with sour cream. Pipe 4 lines across the dip like a pie. Connect them with curved half circles to form a web. Add a small circle in the center.
  • For the spider: Slice a black olive in half lengthwise. Place one half in the center circle for the spider body. Slice the other half into strips and arrange as legs.
  • Serve with tortilla chips and salsa on the side.
