Strawberry White Balsamic Dressing
This strawberry white balsamic dressing blends fresh strawberries, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon, honey, and olive oil into a silky, vibrant salad dressing ready in 5 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries hulled
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard this helps it emulsify + gives that little “chef’s kiss” tang
- 1 small garlic clove optional but sooo good
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅓ to ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
- Add everything except the olive oil to your blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while blending (or add and blend again) until it’s silky and combined.
