Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lay uncooked ramen noodle bricks in a single layer in a greased 9x13" baking dish.
Sprinkle half of the Italian seasoning over the noodles.
Pour the entire jar of red gravy evenly over the noodles, making sure to coat them well.
Spread the cooked Italian sausage over the top of the sauce layer.
Sprinkle the remaining Italian seasoning on top of the meat.
Pour the heavy cream slowly over the entire dish, letting it soak down.
Top generously with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
