Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 small sweet potato’s peeled and diced small
  • 2 packets low sodium taco seasoning
  • S&P to taste
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1/2 tbsp red chili flakes
  • Olive oil to drizzle for potatoes
  • Avocado
  • Cottage cheese
  • Hot honey to drizzle on top

Instructions

  • Cook the ground meat and potatoes in a skillet, season and let cook through. Cover with a lid for the sweet potatoes to cook quicker
  • Add your mixture to a bowl, then add your avocado, cottage cheese and drizzle with the hot honey!
