- 1 package of Audouille Sausge
- 1 package of Tasso
- 1/2 pack of bacon I use wright brand
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 yellow onion diced
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 cans Blue Runner navy beans
- 1 can of cannellini beans rinsed and drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 dashes of hot sauce
- Optional: 1/2tsp red pepper flakes for extra spice
Instructions
- Add oil to pot, cook the onions until fragrant.
- Add in the sausage, Tasso, and bacon. Cook on medium to high heat about 10 minutes. You want to get the meat cooked through and producing grease.
- Drain the grease, add in your minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, S&P, and Cajun seasoning. Stir well
