Ingredients
  

  • 1 package of Audouille Sausge
  • 1 package of Tasso
  • 1/2 pack of bacon I use wright brand
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 yellow onion diced
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 cans Blue Runner navy beans
  • 1 can of cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 dashes of hot sauce
  • Optional: 1/2tsp red pepper flakes for extra spice

Instructions
 

  • Add oil to pot, cook the onions until fragrant.
  • Add in the sausage, Tasso, and bacon. Cook on medium to high heat about 10 minutes. You want to get the meat cooked through and producing grease.
  • Drain the grease, add in your minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, S&P, and Cajun seasoning. Stir well
  • add in all of your beans, hot sauce, and Italian seasoning, cover and cook 5 minutes until beans are warmed!
