How to Make Big Mac Cheeseburger Quesadillas
1
Prep & Cook the Beef: Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, brown the ground sirloin over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Season with burger seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Once fully cooked, drain any excess grease and set aside.
2
Make the Big Mac Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Stir until smooth and set aside for later.
3
Assemble the Quesadilla
Spray a large sheet pan with non-stick spray. Arrange 8 tortillas on the pan: 3 at the top, 3 at the bottom, and 1 on each side, leaving half of each tortilla hanging over the edges. If there’s space in the middle, place an extra tortilla to cover it.
Layer in this order:
- Cheese slices
- Cooked ground beef
- Big Mac sauce (save some for dipping!)
- Diced onions & pickles
- Shredded cheddar cheese

4
Fold & Bake: Place one tortilla in the center, then fold in the sides, top, and bottom tortillas to fully enclose the filling. Brush the top with melted butter. Cover with another sheet pan to help hold its shape while baking. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the top sheet pan and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
5
Slice & Serve: Let the quesadilla cool for 5 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve with the extra Big Mac sauce for dipping and enjoy!
Commonly Asked Questions
Can I make these ahead of time?
Yes! You can assemble the quesadilla and store it in the fridge for a few hours before baking. You may need to add a few extra minutes to the baking time if it’s cold.
Can I use a different type of cheese?
Absolutely! While cheddar is the classic choice, you can use a blend of white cheddar, American, or even mozzarella for extra meltiness.
How do I store leftovers?
Store any leftover quesadilla slices in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
Can I make these in a regular skillet instead of a sheet pan?
Yes, but you’ll need to cook them in batches. Fold a tortilla in half, cook on both sides in a skillet, and repeat until all quesadillas are made.
What can I serve with Big Mac Cheeseburger Quesadillas?
These go great with a side of fries, coleslaw, or a simple green salad. And don’t forget extra Big Mac sauce for dipping!
