- 2 cups rice jasmine or basmati
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp Better Than Bouillon roasted chicken flavor
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese divided
- 1 package broccoli roughly chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Granulated garlic
- Creole seasoning
- 1 package Lipton onion soup mix
