Cowboy Cheese Dip
If you’re feeding a crowd, this Cowboy Cheese Dip is about to be your new party favorite. It’s creamy, cheesy, spicy, and loaded with bold flavors that make it impossible to stop dipping. Think melty blocks of cheese, zesty taco seasoning, and smoky sausage all baked together until bubbly. Serve it up with tortilla chips and watch it disappear before halftime.

This dip is perfect for game day, family get-togethers, or anytime you need a hearty appetizer that brings everyone to the table. The best part? It bakes right in the oven with minimal effort, no standing over the stove stirring a pot for hours.
Before You Get Started
- Shred your cheese blocks by hand if you can, it melts so much smoother than pre-shredded.
- Use hot sausage for that signature kick, but mild sausage works too.
- Don’t skip the evaporated milk, it keeps the dip creamy and prevents it from getting too thick.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crusty bread, or even veggies for dipping.
