How To Make Jalapeno Popper Baked Chicken

1

Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 375°F so it’s ready once the chicken is assembled.

2

Mix the Jalapeño Popper Topping

In a mixing bowl, stir together:

  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheese
  • Diced jalapeño
  • Green onions
  • Ranch dressing
  • Ranch seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

Mix until everything is fully combined and creamy.

This topping should be spreadable but not runny.

3

Prep the Chicken

Place the chicken in a small casserole or baking dish.
Drizzle lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with Creole Trinity & Herb.
Rub in the seasoning so every piece is well coated.

4

Add the Topping

Spread the jalapeño popper mixture evenly over the chicken.
Make sure each piece is fully covered, this keeps the chicken moist during baking and adds rich flavor.

5

Bake

Bake until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches a safe internal temperature.
The topping will melt, bubble, and lightly brown as it cooks.
