  • 15 oz jar Alfredo sauce I like Raos
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk original
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder onion powder, & Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp magic poultry seasoning
  • 3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup of kraft creamy melt Italian or mozzarella shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Spray your medium size casserole dish with avocado oil. Dump in your broccoli and shredded chicken. Season the top with magic poultry seasoning.
