- 3 celery stalks diced
- 1 yellow onion diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon roasted chicken base
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups small noodle of choice uncooked
- 4 chicken breasts diced small
- 1 tbsp olive oil to cook the chicken
- 5 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes from the jar
- 1 tbsp oil from sun-dried tomatoes
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic & herb seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tbsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 6 leaves of fresh basil slap to release the aromatics
