  • 1 cup ham or pancetta diced

  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 8 cups low-sodium chicken broth or stock
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • 1 tbsp complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic & herb seasoning
  • 1 tbsp dried trinity seasoning
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
